BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I ordered a hospital bed for my grandmother as she was supposed to be discharged from the hospital and she really needed one. Unfortunately, I was given an unsafe bed. I called immediately to express my concerns they didn't care. I then asked for a refund and they declined. They said I would be charged an extra fee for them to pickup the bed. A bed I didn't have not even a day. DO NOT WASTEYOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! The customer service was very unpleasant.

Am writing to give a good opinion of Baygreen. My mom, and both my mother and father in law before their passing needed a variety of home care products such as bedside/chairside pole, shower stool, products to keep bed linens dry; etc. We had good service and good products. Thank you.
