Huge store. Lots of dated furniture. The salesmen are nice and let you look around. If you're looking for modern furniture this is not the place. More of a classic furniture store. Nice pieces you would've seen in the movie scarface.

We bought some furniture at Lyda’sWe had the best assistance by Anthony that with patience and knowledge assisted us .Also their delivery team Christian and Dimitri were very professional and helpful

I certainly refer them to everybody for their beautiful furniture and decorative pieces and for their good customer service.All it takes is just a little attention to customers need-Customer service in any field is the the number one matter. I'm happy about Lida customer service .

I went in to the store for the very first time and was burned. I got a verbal promise I would get a refund of the 100$ deposit I paid and instead I had to pay 230$ more to tell them I no longer wanted a table that never left the store and was never delivered. Hate to say it but next time the answer is no. No deposit, no anything. Lesson learned. Fool me once. Impeccable timing during moving season when budgets are already tight. I paid 330$ for a floor model table that never left the store. Truly saddened by this. In light of this, it just makes me miss Prillos even more.

I love this place. Very beautiful furniture. A very sweet receptionist, very polite and good mannered. You will not be followed by a sales representative like the other places where they will try to force on you things to buy. I recommend this place.

Real Professionals, meticulously attentive to my needs and my budget. Thanks to the sales Consultant Terri Monaco.It ain't cheap to shop there, but as the old song say, you get for what you pay for! Trust me, you won't get disappointed.

Pandemic or not, this store didn’t seem to really care about serving customers. Personnel was disinterested, furniture offering is not varied with mostly flashy products. Lots of glass, mirrors & chrome!

We were looking for a king size bed for our spare room which I had sanded and painted. My wife looked on the internet for a used set, but all the sets she liked were in Toronto! We decided to visit the furniture stores in Montreal instead. We went to a few stores and ended up at Lida furniture on Jarry street. My wife saw several sets she liked. We went home and returned 2 days later. Spoke to a Gentleman named Dominic. My wife asked endless questions and received all the answers for them. Left and returned with a drawer to make sure it matched. Left and came back 2 days later and sat down again with Dominic, he was very patient and attentive, gave all kinds of scenarios for the bed she wanted. My wife sat there and negotiated with Dominic and came to a settlement!! Wow what patience. Paid and received the bed the next week as promised!! Great service, patience and a price my wife could live with.

My husband and i walked in and was greeted by Terry Monaco and team. We were very impressed by thier professionalism , furniture was beautiful and modern, exactly what we were looking for. Terry attended to our needs and we bought a beautiful dining table. We would definitely recommend Lida Furniture.

Worst experience ever. Walked in, 2 employees saw me like an animal that walks in , i bought a 800 $ furniture there, they wrapped half way like a sandwich and ask me to leave with it , i refund the boss dont even care to be sorry he said it was just a misunderstanding ! see it for yourself on the picture below !
