NAPA AUTOPRO - Blue Mountain

Do not go here to get your car fixed!! I took my car in to get fixed and it sat there for weeks and while it was there they left my car unlocked and unattended and someone broke into my car and stole tons of stuff from my car. They didn’t tell me my car got broken into until i went to pick it up and they said nothing was stolen and i checked when i left and i was missing everything out of my trunk. I called to let them know and they did not care or do anything about it when it was there fault for leaving my car unlocked and unattended very disappointed and my car wasn’t the only car that was damaged the person broke into other cars smashing the glass. So if you want to keep your belongings and have good customer service do not go here. Now your saying that i’ve never been there when before my family and i were all loyal customers to your business for years and you don’t even remember me that doesn’t sound like good customer service to me:/

Pulled in on a Saturday afternoon with a staple in my tire and Dave came to the rescue immediately.I had my spare tire put on and a new tire ordered within 15 mins.Can’t beat that! Customer service is clearly on the top of the list and couldn’t recommend more!Thanks guys.

I came here to get my car imported from Ontario. I was so happy with the service and honestly and so glad that I didn’t do the big list of repairs another shop was telling me to do to get imported. I have gotten my full brakes done recently and felt really good about the work done. You get pictures of what needs replacing and I have not had that from any other company. Whenever my vehicle needs some service they always try to get me in as quick as possible, or at my convenience. A few times, when it has been urgent, they have tried their best to accommodate me, even when they are super busy. It is very appreciated.

We took our truck in for an out of province inspection and oil change. Dave and Shane provided great service! They even cleaned our truck for us. We will definitely take our truck back there for future repairs. Thanks for the great service guys!

I had the rear Brake Pads, Calipers and Rotors replace, after only 1 year (12,000km) the rotors and pad had to be replaced again. I have to assume they are using after market materials that are of very poor quality. Further, I had the most recent repair done at the Subaru dealership for half the cost that AutoPro had charged. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Writing on behalf of my father, John. He had his brake lines, pads and seals done. One things that stood out to him from other mechanics was that he was called to come down and look at the problem instead of just being told the diagnosis over the phone as a new customer. Great customer service! I've used them a few times for work on our car. Appointments are usually easy to get and they always provide detailed estimates before any work is done. I also appreciate their expertise, I don't know a lot about cars but our vehicle is getting on in years and they have advised me a few times on what is worth getting done or not given how long we may continue driving it.

Phone to let me know my brakes were leaking fluid repaired brakes washed my car and it was ready the same day. Friendly service too.
