Alfa Romeo Ottawa

This was our first experience with the Alpha Romeo brand. Irene Roy and Maxime Brunet provided us with outstanding service. This was, by far, our best experience at a dealership (and best test drive)! I highly recommend that you consider Alpha Romeo if you're in the market for a BMW 3 series, Audi A4 or Mercedes C Class.

Very friendly and communications were timely and clear! I bought from a distance away so I was nervous about what to expect. It went a whole lot better than I could have dreamed! I visited yesterday. I want to get an Alfa as my next car,Drive aHybrid Infiniti. Was frank and told the Sales person I want to get it in 2 years and wanted to know more about models prices etc, bluntly told me everything would change in 2 years. Would not eve get up from the desk. Was not even willing to engage. Except saying 2 years was too much into the future to warrant any discussionLuckily a second colleague Irene stepped in and answered every question I had. Showed me the showroom model which was. 20 ft away. Answered every question. Had patience and was a delight to engage with.When I do buy my Alfa in 1 and a half years time the only reason which will make me consider this dealership is the customer relationship by Irene. The other sales individual should make an attempt to learn from her.
