I had a 5 star service!Chris was amazing with walking us through our quote, setting up the install and constant touch base was amazing!Bryce M and Ron Szabo my technicians were on time. Polite. Very professional! They did an amazing job cleaned up after, walked me through my system and maintenance. Quick and easy! Amazing job Furnace Family! It shows that the company has an amazing culture! We had a scary situation where we’d heard a loud bang and suddenly smelled smoke through all of our vents. We called after 10 pm to the emergency line and a gentleman named Chris Brown came out immediately. He was thorough and friendly and very reassuring once the issue was found. We very much appreciated his professionalism.

We had few estimates done to replace our 20 year old furnace. We have chosen Furnace Family and we were impressed with everyone. Chris was very professional doing the inspection and suggested the right equipment to install. After seeing few contractors at my door, I could tell he had experience and was very informative. When it came to the scheduling and installation it was great. We were informed ahead of time when and who is going to arrive. Reminder text messages came a day before.When the team arrived they protected our floors, cleaned after and overall it was a perfect and professional experience. Team lead; Drew was fantastic; friendly and very detailed about its work. We valued his expertise and efforts. Big thanks to the whole Furnace Family team and to management.

Adam and Shawn came to install my AC. super friendly, fast, and very informative. They explained the entire process beginning to end and walked me through several times. Everything is clean organized and they even walked me through general care and maintenance. They answered all my questions and more! Furnace family came highly recommended and now I can see why. Thanks guys ❤️

I would like to take a second to review furnace family. I bought a new AC unit through Costco and FF performed the installation. Every step of the way, we felt cared for. Had a minor issue with start up and they stopped by within minutes to check connections and it has been great since. They stand by their installs and are able to stop in on short notice. Great people. Worth it.

We woke up in the morning and it was only 15’C in our house. I called the emergency line for Family Furnace and was called back shortly after. The Technician, Matthew C, came out and was able to determine the problem quickly. He was quick to get the system up and running and even taught me what to look out for. Matt was honest, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would never have a problem recommending Furnace Family, Matthew, and his colleagues to anyone needing servicing for their homes! 5 outta 5! Hot water tank was broken and was not repairable. Called and they were able to install a new hot water tank the same day. Kevin was very professional and answered all my questions and was able to work with me to have the water tank in a better position. He notice things from previous install not correct and Kevin took the time to make it perfect. Also gave me some good maintenance tips which I never knew I had to do. I'd definitely recommend this company and Kevin for future repairs or installations.

Our experience with Furnace Family was nothing short of excellent. Off the recommendation of a co-worker, I got in touch with Mark who came by to assess and scope out the potential for an A/C unit in our home. The quote came the next morning, and we jumped on booked an appointment. Daniil and Levi were the technicians on the install day, and both were informative, respectful of our home in regards to sound and mess, and did a great job with installing our new A/C. Plus, the amount of follow-up calls from Kara and Mark specifically show how dedicated the team was to our happiness of the project.The house is cool, and everyone inside of it is very happy. We just got our furnace replaced by Furnace Family. What a great experience! Dave, our sales guy was fantastic and the installers Drew & TJ were professional curious and fast! Highly recommend Furnace Family!!!

We had them install our new furnace, it failed city inspection it was not level far from that it was tilted back very easy for the city to fail. Their repair because they were lazy because they didn't feel like re doing any duct work now left us with sharp edges around where my 3y Olds head would be. We tried contacting them seeing the buckling in the vent and obviously the edges but they won't respond. Great job o safety guts! We went local and family and my first 1 star wouldn't post let's see how this one does
