Unprofessional and rude to my grandmother who is in her 80s. I do not recommend Windsor lawn care look elsewhere.Wow, exaggerate much? You cut her grass for one full season, she complained often to me about how difficult it is to talk to you and how you were rude when she offered you water. You always send me the bill either the day it is due or a day past the due date. Maybe work on your time management and get your bill out in a timely manner. Some of us work up north where there’s no cell service for a week or two at a time. She hates calling you so she get me to, and seeing how you know who I am, why did you reject my calls several times this week? I was only trying to check in and see if you’re still doing it. Seeing as how communication is nonexistent with you unless I leave a bad review. I know I was a big customer for you. It was over $100 a cut, and you even complained about it numerous times.

I have lived all my life and I am yet to write a bad review. Lack of professionalism.Comes an hour and a half late which whatever I don't care I am off today.But I show him around. He tells me to not interrupt him while he is talking I am wasting his time." He asked me if he needs to do anything in the front I say maybe trim the side vines quick trim. He said that is more of his time ( he was late). I mentioned the eavestroughs on the phone. He said oh I cant do that we didn't discuss that
