Hadn't had a need to use continental exchange for a couple of years so my log in information had to be renewed. I contracted the Sudbury office and Melissa was wonderful. She answered all my questions, took my information and said she would get my log in access renewed. I received a call shortly after from customer services telling me it was fixed. I have called twice since and visited once and Melissa was the person I dealt with each time. The service provided to me was curtious, friendly and very professional. Thank you Melissa.

Consider your local bank to check their rates prior to attending as Continental Currency rates are not always the best and are unable to verify with banks after 4:30pm. Would not match or better bank rate after transaction, so think ahead. Do not take their 'best rate' at face value.

Melissa is definitely an asset to Continental Currency Exchange here at the Sudbury Branch. Even though her shift was over she insisted to stay with me until my problem was resolved. Very helpful and pleasant staff at this location. Do not hesitate to deal here.

Michelle is the only one I'll deal with, she should be the Manager. They have great rates, better than my bank. In fact, the tellers even suggest I go there because they don't understand foreign currency. If they don't have the currency you need, they will order it in and it only takes a couple of days. This is the only place I'll ever go for my travel money.

Waited for months for this branch's opening, finally it is open on October 13 and we couldn't wait but was there the same dayHelped by Melissa who was a real friendly helpful young lady.
