I am a new customer and they told met they would do my taxes for a very reasonable amount. i was so confused because I had not done my taxes in years, they must of noticed this and told me to rest assure that they had it under control. Very professional, had I known it would of been that easy for me, I would of had them done years ago. refund was more then I could ever of dreamed off. Thank you so much. And located right in the Seven Oaks Mall to boot..

Tom at SAJ Accounting in Abbotsford is exceptional at what he does. He knows the system inside out and is extremely efficient. He will have you in and out before you even realize your appointment began. He is extremely professional and most of all - a very honest and very nice guy who you will want to return your business to. I first had my taxes done by him 16 years ago and will never go anywhere else. Absolutely first class and exceptional service!

If you work with Tom, be prepared after several years into your relationship to be ignored, near the deadline of your return. This was my experience. Very unfortunate to end a long relationship in such a negative manner.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Contacted them in March and sent them all my personal tax information. Never heard from them again. I kept calling and emailing (they made me feel like I was bugging them) and I would get nothing back.After 4 months of silence decided to stick to my original place I’ve used for 4 years, with excellent communication.Taxes are a very stressful thing to deal with and it’s important to be kept updated.

Totally unprofessional and not willing to follow up with me when CRA reassessed my 2021 return which was way different than what SAJ did. SAJ charged me over $400 to do what someone else could gave done for a lot less with better results. Never again.
