clean sheets, lots of coffee… wine glasses on request… pet friendly with large grassed area… older style … but you have a fridge, microwave, and extra space …. windows that open and you can park in front of your room… we have stayed here for sledding and summer hiking… new owners are awesome!

I found the managment respectful, freindly and welcoming, they found my booking without issue and my room was clean and comfortable. The motel is a bit dated but had everything a modern motel has, fridge microwave, coffee maker and big screen TV. The separate bedroom with a large sitting room/eating area was something that you wont get in a brand name hotel chain. I've stayed in 100's of motel's across Canada and the US and would definitely recommend this motel, clean, comfortable, freindly staff and reasonably priced.

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving weekend and we needed a place that was affordable and close by. Very clean, friendly staff. Was very happy with our stay. Thank you.

FALSE ADVERTISING!They are NOT Pet friendly, pets includes all kinds of animals, and they told me I couldn't bring my pet cat, how unfair and misleading. People travel with all kinds of pets, not just dogs. The people who run this family business are completely ignorant and rude. The manager says they don't accept cats because they shred their curtains; to educate the ignorant, fully grown adult cats do not climb curtains, they physically can't. And to further enlighten management, not all cats use litter boxes, mine uses the toilet like a human. My cat is far cleaner than a lot of dogs, there's no scenting, no barfing, no dirty paws from outside.... how ignorant of the owners of this establishment. It is FALSE Advertising, Anchor Riverfront Motel is NOT Pet Friendly.

We spent two nights here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It is near the highway, but we could not hear anything when your inside settled for the night.Front desk was friendly and helpful. I would surely stay here again! I also enjoyed picking and eating fresh plums from their fruit trees on the property.

We stayed there with two little kids for one night. Two nice little rooms, both had tv, cable works great. Sheets and towels are clean, everything else is nice looking and clean as well. No weird smell, the motel is a no smoking place, but it has a special smoking area. We liked very much huge backyard with large deck and barbecue place. Motel has space for tents. Front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Smells terrible, Had cum on our bed!, the owner and workers are so beyond rude! Tried to not give our money back when we wanted to go somewhere else after we found cum in our bed! They tried to say it was a “water” stain like? Water doesn’t stain. Do not go here! spend a little more and go somewhere that will actually clean there beds and make you feel comfortable!

To start, the condition of our two queen bedroom was revolting. When we walked in, a strange smell of some sort was overpowering. When it was time to get into bed, the bed sheets did not look like it was changed. Pillow cases were also stained and the comforter had a huge stain which was definitely from a human. The comforter was filled with hair all over. When I pointed this out to the front desk, they were being rude and said if we don’t like it then we are free to leave. I know that this is a motel but the standards has to be met. This experience has made me lose interest in booking with any other motels in the future. Will not be coming back and won’t recommend this to anyone. Pay the extra $50 and get another hotel room that stands by what they do.

This was one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. The room was large - with a separate bedroom. The furniture was comfortable. The rates were reasonable. The service was very friendly - both the owners and the staff. After a long drive across Alberta and through the Rockies, this was a great place to rest my weary head - I will definitely be back.
