Came into my house to look at an appliance with her boots on and we were dumbfounded To me that is inconsiderate and very unprofessional. I stopped her at the door almost 2 weeks later when she came back to do the repair and all she said was steel toe boots can't take them off". I asked about booties and she said she was out of them and they have been on order. Give me a break. Maybe try Lawtons i see them there all the time. so we had to give her plastic bags. Also she knew we wanted just 1 minute to clean the top of the wall oven but went ahead and closed everything in anyway."
