When I called, Jonas made sure that James would be at the store at 9:30 am the next morning so my computer could be fixed immediately. The following morning, James was there at 8:30 am and he cleaned the fan in my laptop in an hour. I use my computer for personal and business reasons and it is in use 16 hours-a-day. CCL has supported our company for years. They are always willing to help when we need it. They can provide advice over the phone as well as logging in to my computer to solve any issues. I also purchased a personal laptop from them and I was very happy with the whole experience. Last, they have a full selection of Shockwave bone-conduction headphones (my favourite style to use) to test and have good deals on those too.

I consulted with James at CCL for a better network solution for WIFI in our home. He researched the right equipment, provided a competitive quote and was then available to talk me through the install and troubleshooting. I now have a good wifi network over a larger home with 3 buildings and exterior AP's for good signal in the garden. I recommend using an expert and dedicated service driven professional like James for your needs. Buying online is easy but it does not come with that magic expertise and dedicated service someone like James can provide.

James really went above and beyond, we disassembled the computer together so I could show him where I thought the problem might be on the motherboard. He reapplied thermal paste to the cpu and gpu for free. Within 2 hours of dropping off the computer I had a thorough report with pictures, and he took the time to walk me through his diagnostic procedure over the phone and again in person. He also did some extra research and sent me links to parts and some walkthroughs for different upgrades and repairs after our discussion.
