Delivery was scheduled efficiently and was easily tracked on our assigned day. Drivers were very polite and accomodating with where they situated our appliances. I appreciated the phone call alerting me that the driver was within 10 minutes of our home.

Bought two appliances from this store. Got a decent discount. Their employees delivered our appliance on time and took away our old one—all within 5 minutes of arriving. Excellent service all around! Would highly recommend!

They were efficient, friendly, and helpful. They explained that we needed to have our hot water spliced to our washing machine. We never knew that our laundry couldn't even do a warm cycle.

The sales lady at the store was most knowledgeable and accommodating. The price was competitive and being able to close the deal and have the fridge delivered the next day sealed it!! And…. The delivery team knew their job and got the unit through our front door with ease after removing one door and the bottom drawer… they obviously had extensive experience!!

The delivery service is awesome. The delivery guys came to our home two times this week. And they were very accommodative when we told them that the appliances we bought were for the basement and had to be bought in through our walk out basement instead of through the main door. We bought a 33'' refrigerator and the door through which the refrigerator had to be bought in was less than 33''. The delivery guys did a great job removing the freezer first and opening the French doors of the refrigerator to swing it into our home being very careful of our new appliance. Wonderful. Thank you! You did a great job.

Ordering process easy. Prices competitive. Shipped quickly. Friendly and helpful delivery guy installed the machines professionally (in very tight space), took away my old machines and even noted that there was water on the floor from my old appliances.
