July 10, 2023 - 9:57pmFirst of all … the lack of communication from the employees baffles my mind … the employee named sorrow (sp?) “served” me a French vanilla with a double shot of espresso in it needs to listen to a simple order and not roll her eyes. Then attempts to tell me that she told my husband the drinks were ready. You plopped them on the counter with attitude and went to the back… how am I supposed to know whose drinks are whose? There were 4 other drinks on the counter. My husband was behind me and not a word was said to either of us. If you can’t own up to your mistakes or simply apologize … don’t proceed to roll your eyes. And if it wasn’t for your coworker I would have just asked for a refund. You should thank her at the very least for saving your skin. Get a new job sorro… you seem very miserable and unhappy with your job.

Went here after lunch to get a sweet for my family. We ordered cookies and they gave us a donut when we clarified we didn’t want a donut we wanted a cookie the server just reached into the bag ripped out the donut put it back onto serve and then dropped a cookie in there. Was just very astonished by how rude she handled it. As we went to sit down I realized I had no napkins for the snack and went to ask for some. I was told I needed to go get a napkin from whoever I got food from. She literally took my order and gave me my treats and did not recognize me from within 2 mins of leaving. Once I clarified I ordered from her she let me know I could take some napkins. This is my first visit to a Tim Hortons and the hype didnt live up. Mainly from the service experience; however, the treats were absolutely delicious.

Come here for coffee. The service can be slow but the product is always fresh. When I came last time the guy in line was so happy with how fresh their jelly donuts are. I never tasted their donuts but he was happy with the amount of jelly inside and the freshness.

During my several visits to this Tim Hortons location, I found some of the employees to be rude. One time, I ordered two beef craveable sandwiches, but they only gave me one. Apparently, the cashier only charged me for one sandwich. When I told the employee who prepared my order that I ordered two of those, she informed the cashier. The cashier then shouted at me, saying, HI

Placed a small and simple mobile order. Stood at the pick up area for nearly 10 minutes waiting. Order was never called out (I was standing there when I ordered) and I was never acknowledged. When I finally got someone's attention, I was told my order had been ready for a while, just never brought out. This place is not well run and I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Time was 2:45, I just order a coffe and a guy in turban just give coffe in blink of an eye. I don’t now how he make it , even though I was standing and waiting the way that guy deal with a customer was so rude, as the customer have problem with scanning the card, the guy with black turban scan his card the through the scaner down, I don’t like the way even that customer was complaining to the guy about his bagel he order. It’s on an negative feedback about Tim Horton of this location, it’s very nice I know the manager Mr Ben, really good person , but the staff the guy in a black turban seems to be in attitude. Manager can check all his activities in cameras.

So glad we discovered Tim Hortons during our trip. Got lucky and found out this location was walking distance from our hotel.It was pretty busy but the staff remained friendly and calm. The latte has been my go to drink since arriving. The food is filling, tasty and affordable. Plenty of delicious donut flavors and pastries to choose from. I wish we had Tim Hortons in CA. Out of all 3-4 locations I've visited, this one had the best customer service.

Yesterday, it was sunday afternoon I had experienced my first ever worst customer service. The 2 barista’s (they both have false/extension lashes) who were being rude towards me without any reason, I was just waiting for my order to be called because there were other customers who were also waiting for their orders to be called but none of them were talking, and the drinks were just there sitting and then the barista (lady) suddenly shout “WAKE UP GUYS, PAY ATTENTION” well I got 4 orders which are the other 2 were haven’t given to me. And so I followed up my other 2 orders and then there’s 2 barista who gave me an attitude and heard the other barista say, “no one made it” and still didn’t make my 2 other drinks and so I waited there for like 10 minutes and so my friend decided to come to the cashier (who took my order) because they were ignoring her too and follow it up and then the cashier helped us to speak with the rude barista’s and that’s where they made our drinks and then while giving it still giving me an attitude with a rolling eyes. I know working in a customer service job is very tiring and busy, but you don’t have to be rude with your customers, if you are a short tempered person please don’t work on customer service job it doesn’t suit you.
