Peloton - Calgary

We purchased our 1st Peloton from Michelle and absolutely LOVE it! Michelle & the team at Chinook were absolutely awesome and we couldn't be happier with the recommendations to get started & customer service. I also like the great selection of apparel in the store - great quality & comfortable.

I LOVE my Peloton bike. Michelle was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful with all my questions and helped set me up for success. I highly recommend Michelle for all your cycling needs as she is amazing and if you're on the fence about a bike... just do it, you won't regret it!

Michelle T is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful when I was in today and was so patient as we worked to exchange my apparel. She was kind and knowledgeable. Michelle is what makes Peloton an amazing company that is customers focused. Thank you Michelle for all you did for me today and all you do for your customers.

Horrible experience. First of all, be aware of scammy referral bonuses. I went to try the more expensive shoes while I had already ordered the regular ones. The lady in the store told me I would get full refund for the shoes if I ordered the new ones and did a return of the others, even if I had used the referral. Well, that's BS. Peloton does not honor the referral and will only return the difference EVEN IF you're buying another pair of shoes which they do not allow to exchange. You can only buy one and return the other, so of you had used a referral, say good bye to its value if you try to exchange for another product. Very disappointed the employee didn't tell me just to get the sale. In addition to that, they ordered the wrong size of shoes, ordered women size instead of men size. I'm so very frustrated.

We had some great inspiration and then support from Michelle and Brandt. We were able to do everything remote. They recommended classes, helped with shoe sizing, bike set-up and some after install tech support. Great product but the sales team husband wife combo went above and beyond to really make us happy with our purchase.

We had a great experience with Michelle making our order this weekend. She knows her stuff and couldn’t have been more helpful. Easy to communicate with by email with more questions after seeing her at the store too which was a plus. Thanks again.

Brandt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He is passionate about his job and his excitement for all that is Peloton (bike, equipment, apps and trainers) is very apparent when you are asking any questions. His knowledge and positive attitude is infectious and makes the decision much easier to make an informed decision regarding the entire Peloton offering. There were 3 of us from our household that went for the demo and he sized us and calibrated the machines to our specific heights and gave us the itemized cards with these individual specifications.The entire experience was definitely above any expectations I had and was enjoyable for my family.

Purchased a bike with my wife through Brant and Michelle. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had some reservations about the whole system, but they answered all my questions and I have been loving the purchase since!
