Tinting GTA

For those who read the good, bad and ugly reviews... I'm writing this review as I was taken back by the poor rating of GTA Tint (On Steels) as I have now had 4 cars tined with fair pricing and a high level of professionalism. The main reason for my review, which I only do from time to time is to clarify that I believe the rating doesn't reflect the workmanship and that they truly are the best choice for North York. Hopefully, you too will experience the quality of work that I have seen year over years as I transition vehicles. Great work guys!

TERRIBLE customer service. This location installed window tints on my car and within 2 weeks the tint on the drivers side window ripped and the rear window started to bubble. When I returned to show them what happened the owner basically accused me basically at being at fault and determined that the rip was caused by me hitting my window with my seat belt. Not only was his reasoning offensive and completely FALSE he refused to honor the poor workmanship and only offered for me to pay to have the 2 windows redone. The owner needs to learn what customer service is and how to maintain customer loyalty. I will NEVER go back to ANY Tint King again because of the owner at the Steeles location. A few days later I went to another location showed them what happened and they offered to fix it for FREE...... they just made me a lifetime customer.

Absolutely amazing service. They are the best at what they do. I've gotten my windows tinted and my tires changed and they are quick and professional. I recommend them to everyone.

Mike has been tinting for at least 10+ years. Has a wealth of knowledge. Does the best work I've seen. I have had at least three vehicles tinted by TintGTA on the Steeles Locations and NOT ONE PROBLEM!!! Happy with the customer service and definitely the work done on my car. Recommend him.....

I have been going here for just about 7+ years , I got a few cars done here , new rims , car audio installation , tints, alarm system I dont even remember but I go here for all my bells and whitle needs mostly because I have never had a bad experience all the work I have ever done has lasted forever , great people, great service, professional, great attitude, great spot 100% recomended !!!

I emailed them prior to going to the store and was quoted for $200. I arrive at the Kennedy location after making my appointment and then was told completely different prices than what I was quoted for. He then tells me that they don't control whats put online despite the fact that it was their company email straight from their website. To add insult to injury, he then places blame on me for following the email instead of going to their shop and asking first. He then advises me that I shouldn't believe everything I see online. They have no grasp of customer service.Their rebrand from Tint King to Tinting GTA has yet again failed them.

Jose did a fantastic job on my brand new Volkswagen Tiguan windows tint.Just simply amazing. Quality of work on installing the tint was just fantastic. Very friendly and professional. would recommend 100%. I will be taking all my cars here. Reasonable prices too on the tints.

They did very bad job on my car. Lots of cut tint and cuts on my door panel. Check before you leave otherwise they will lie and say it was already there before.Also sometime even when you buy their expensive tint they cheat you and put cheap stuff. No seriously.

Just had my Mini done this past weekend. Mike was great. Even though I showed up a bit late on a Saturday, he still took my car in. He showed me and my daughter how to get to the nearby mall and by the time we were done having lunch and shopping, my car was done. He then reviewed the instructions with me and told me to come back if I had any issues. And I paid less than half what the dealer quoted me. Highly recommended.
