Valley Manor discriminated against a worker with a diagnosis of being on the spectrum. Subjected to bullying on near-daily basis, when the employee indicated they would file a complaint against the nurse whom verbally attacked him, including a Ministry complaint regarding concerns of neglectful conduct of the two RPNs in question, the employee was subjected to false accusations of dangerous and threatening behavior"
