The quality of shoes and customer service are so bad. I bought a pair of leather shoes recently and later I tried to lightly wI’ve the dust in the shoes with tissue, but the color fade away immediately. Real leather doesn’t react like that! Luxuary shoes ($900+) quality is that poor? I don’t think so. They neither exchange and refund nor provide repair. Don’t buy luxury items there anymore! Not worth it!

I was really surprised this store was rated for over 3 stars. The entire experience from the brand/ store was absolutely horrible . I made my mistake for purchasing a jacket from this store. I was in a rush, I wanted to buy a winter jacket for my dad, who originally wants to buy Canada Goose, but this store only have small, and xsmall, and I persuaded my dad to get another brand instead. Once we got home , my dad thought the size medium still too tight . After 4 days, I went to store to return, guess what happen? Three staffs sniffed the jacket, because they had note this item was final sale because my dad spilled coffee on the jacket. I called my dad to confirm, and he said coffee spill a little bit on the outside of shopping bag and so he asked for a new paper bag. I asked store staff to prove to me where was the coffee mark, all of these three could not find, instead, they were sniffing the jacket and kept saying they smell coffee ,so they could not proceed the return. The funny thing was the staff said this was the way they determine if this produce returnable or not which was sniffing the cloth. If they small perfume or other fragrance, no return either. I was shocked, the cloth was hanging in the store and many customers tried on, so the staff would sniff cloth before they sold to other customer? What’s a joke. The jacket was only $600 not even expensive, the way they handle customers were the worst . When I was doing the return in the store, another customer complained a sales lady she was rude, other location staff was more friendly. The sales said to customer “ then, go to that store instead” ! Staffs would choose the ways/ tone to approach you based on what you were wearing. If you do not want to buy products right way, DO NOT TOUCH. Otherwise the staff would take away from you with bad attitude. Spend your money somewhere else, be wise, be smart, away from this retailer.I was asked to come back the next day to check the video because I asked them to prove me where coffee was spilled. When I went back, the shift supervisor who was really nice, and it seemed like she was not informed at all. She just checked the jack was in a perfect sale condition and returned for me. I truely wish the company understand the people you hired definitely make huge impact on your business and the brand image.

Sales were very friendly and helpful. Good range of selection and environment is nicely designed. Overall, a pleasant shopping experience. Definitely will be coming back to shop in the future!

Got a Canada goose parka and McQueen scarf when they only had a showroom and love it! So glad they opened a storefront now. Not sure why people are questioning the shops products authenticity... learn to legit check before u post!

Overall amazing experience and would like to commend their expertise in all the products that they are bringing in. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

It's very clear why your store have more negative reviews then good reviews. You keep responding to these reviews saying you will improve. But of course we all know each time we go in there, we will just get your employees staring doing nothing at all. The only thing they are good at is playing staring contest. Not sure why covid 19 didn't close you guys down.
