Amazing experience. Excellent service, very professional and friendly staff.My son lost the nose pad on his glasses so I called the closest optometry clinic that was open on Saturday. It was repaired immediately. I am so glad that I called this clinic. Thank you so much.

Terrible customer service, they want to force you to buy the house brand, when you said any critic about it (I bought the house brand in the past and I couldn’t wear the glasses because they were too heavy and also it looks very cheap) the curly French girl who work there is agressive and far away from nice… everyone has the right to have their opinion and to buy what they really want.

They over price glasses and then pretend they’re giving discounts. This place is a scam. Take your phone and Google what the glasses you’re buying are worth. Usually that will equal to what you’re paying with their discount.Part 2: I just called the store and saw if there was a mistake. They said no there wasn’t and the price rayban sells their glasses is not the price that they have to sell them. So this confirming what I said they mark up glasses to then pretend a discount. Steer away from this store or check the prices they’re offering. I gave them a chance to correct their error and they refused. Never going back here

Lots of staff very little competence. They screwed my order and said it was the laboratory's fault. Can't own mistakes. Amazing opticians but don't buy you glasses there. Overpriced and I had to have my glasses readjusted somewhere else because they couldnt make it right. Last time I'm going there ever. 600$ in the toilet. I bought another pair of glasses somewhere else. This is how much they screwed up. No refunds of course.....

The service at Laurier Optical Center is excellent. I have now purchased four pairs of glasses here and each time the staff ensures that I’m fully satisfied with my glasses. For my most recent purchase I had the pleasure to be looked after by Paul and just when I thought the service is impeccable, Paul further exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond the already very high level of service that I had received previously. I know that I will keep coming back when I need glasses. They also have a great selection of frames.
