My dog was experiencing a painful ear infection and got the help he needed flawlessly! The receptionist and vet were extremely kind, caring and attentive. My dog is on his way to recovery and is back to his old self. I couldn't be more happy and appreciative of their work.I highly recommend this wonderful place for any pet owner.

Dr. Shashi is by far the best Vet in Kitchener-Waterloo region. The prices are quite reasonable and very gentle with our sick cat.The lady at the reception was very helpful and genuinely caring for pets.

So far, so good! I came here once as a new client just recently. The staff here was very kind and understanding. I had asked quite the amount of questions before choosing this vet clinic over the 9 others I had inquired about. I was considerably surprised to find no irritation or disrespect shown at all, both online and in-person. I hope that I will not be proven wrong in my next meetings.

Were able to see us same day to euthanize our senior cat and were very caring and sympathetic when our old vet just said we would have to wait and make an appointment for an exam even though he was obviously suffering. Highland Road Pet Hospital made a heartbreaking situation a little more bearable for our family. They let us take our time to say our goodbyes and compose ourselves.

This Vet just sent us away and asked us to visit another clinic unable to diagnose or run tests on my sick cat.This Vet Claimed my cat may have a bladder infection and vet examination determined his bladder felt very full.I brought my cat to the more knowledgeable staff at KS Animal Hospital and they quickly determined his bladder was actually empty but his kidneys were very swollen. We have started running tests on kidneys now after a couple years of misdiagnosis from this vet clinic. Feeling relieved Highland Veterinarian sent me away before we spent any more money on a misdiagnosis here. We will not be back.

Our dog ripped a nail at about 630pm on a Friday. There was blood everywhere lol. This vet was our 4th call. Nobody else was open or wouldn't help us, but they did. They immediately told us to come down and they fixed her up. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. Nice to have a vet who doesn't care where you regularly take your dog but just wants to help.
