Well I am delighted to tell you that I got excellent service when I went to buy a pressure washer, my old one was from china and broke on me. Anyway they answered all my questions and saved me 180.00 to boot. The reason I purchased from this company is the product they have is from germany and is commercial grade backed by a great warranty and they have a shop attached and if I need service they do all the work. You can't ask any better than that, thankyou Swish for all your help.

I was advised by my water softener maintence company to visit the Swish store to pick up a cleaner for shower. The person that helped me welcomed me as soon as I entered, listened to what my problem was, then recommended a product. She was very helpful and excellent at customer service. The store had a great swllation of products to solve several issues. I would definitely visit this tore again and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately , I am very disappointed in Swish for not honouring their word on my refund for the Karcher pressure washer while it is still under warranty.. now I am dealing with Karcher with not much help from them either. Still under warranty with no option of a refund.. will not buy machines from Swish...

I don't shop here often but my experience last week has changed that. I popped in to get some cleaning supplies & was helped by Jill. She is very friendly & knowledgeable. I was so impressed that I returned to buy additional products.The products alone are very good but when you add exceptional customer service . . . . . it makes for an enjoyable experience.Jill is truly an asset for your company.
