I had the honor of having David & his apprentice come to check out my chimney which had not been checked in years. They found that the chimney was first of all, not even accessible because of mortared installation. From inside, everything was disintegrating making it unusable, unsafe and not up to code. David explained in detail the issues and options. I was a little overwhelmed by the danger the fireplace was. I had never used it all winter, but there was cold drafts coming into the house. The gas line was bent and the gas logs were unusable. I had to think about the options and they actually returned the same day to come back and replace the chimney screen allowing them access to complete the inspection. Amazing! I could not believe the extraordinary service. The prices were very reasonable but the service made it a 5 star experience. So professional, patient (with me asking questions) and beautiful work. What a pleasure working with Valor Chimney! We needed work on our chimney/ fireplace. We needed cracked tiles replaced. We needed one of the chimneys sized with proper tiles than what was previously installed and taller which valor corrected and they had to add two more rows of brick to do all of this and they put in a new crown of cement. They also replaced several cracked bricks around the chimney up and down below. Brick matching came out great!!!They promptly came on time for the initial appt and explained work that needed to be done complete with pictures. They showed up on time for all work days and completed the repair work on time . They were very professional, friendly, and cleaned everything up! Then they sent additional pictures of work that was repaired. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in chimney/fireplace and is very personable and easy to talk to. He explained and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend valor for your chimney needs!

They were professional from the very beginning. The team was on time, very knowledgeable, the experience was wonderful from the beginning to the end. They provided us with pictures to help us understand the issues and show us the work when it was completed. We would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

We recently bought a house and called Valor to have them inspect and clean the fireplace and chimney. David and Kevin came out, they were prompt and professional. David did an inspection and showed us pictures of the fireplace and chimney where work was needed. They were able to begin repairs and cleaning immediately and did a beautiful job of keeping the house clean while thoroughly cleaning the fireplace and chimney. The top chimney tile and cap needed replacing and David provided pictures of the work that was done and finished product. I appreciate the very professional job that David and Kevin performed and will call Valor again for service and recommend them highly.

The guys were on time. We're very pleasant and did an amazing job cleaning. This wasn't my first time using Valor....but now that the work is guaranteed for life I fear I won't need to call them again! But I highly recommend Valor!

The team at Valor was kind and professional the entire time. They were respectful of our home when they performed the work and did a great job of communication the options and discussing the steps forward. We will be bringing them back for more work in the spring as we upgrade some existing gas burning fireplaces.

And thanks to Dave, Peter, and Ron (I think that was his name. I didn't get to meet him in person), our chimney is fixed properly and beautifully! The work Peter and Ron(?) did was fantastic! Valor cares about their work and the customer. Peter was friendly and fun to speak with as he worked. The cleaning he did inside the fireplace made it look immaculate! Plus, they cleaned up after themselves so well, you wouldn't even know there had been work done either inside or outside!Valor shares photos of before, during, and after their work, and the results were astounding! The Before picture doesn't do it justice as to how bad the top actually was, but the After picture speaks for itself as to a job very well done!Thank you to everyone at Valor Chimney for making this an easy and friendly experience!
