Purchased a $13,000 machine that had a part broken on it after a few months. We shipped the part back in a well wrapped/insulated box and then we got a quote for $400 to fix the part (on a new machine!). They told us the part was in pieces by the time they got it which cannot be true based on how it was wrapped. $400 later it was replaced.Stay away.

If you're in BC, Ted is a pleasure to work with. Not a more honest person in the business! Their prices are competitive with other retailers but Ted is much better to deal with and quick to respond.

Ordered a 5 part omniplinth table. Received a 4 part instead. After waiting a month for delivery of the wrong table it took another month and a half for medelco to correct the problem. Their factory also shut down for 2 weeks in the middle of my issue. When I approached medelco to compensate me monetarily for their error, they refused. They said it was good enough to just get me the correct table. Even though I'm making payments on a table I don't have. Their errors have cost me money and they don't care. 2.5 months to get a table through medelco

Great customer service! I had a problem with a device for our clinic and Monika was able to sort out the repair ASAP and get it back to me so fast!! I will definitely keep coming back for all my clinic needs :)

Great customer service and sales team! My table was a custom made table, the product was manufactured and delivered within their estimated time. Table came in perfect condition! Very happy with the service.

Poor customer service. Ordered something on Sat, their website and confirmation email indicate that I'll receive an email once package is shipped out. I never got the email and emailed customer service. I had to follow up twice and got a response saying that package was already delivered. No explanation about missing confirmation or anything. Should work on their customer service and communication style.

I've been using Medelco for 10 years. Never any issues with service or products. Technician is well educted on our machines. Other Physiomed clinics shop here too.
