Had a set of the Firestone all season tires installed, they are EXC ++ smooth quiet and they gave me a very good price they are Honest and friendly and I would highly recommend Midas as the best place to go for good service Thank's Guys

Frank on front desk is amazing! Super friendly, extremely helpful. I had an issue with tire @ 3:30pm Friday afternoon. No place open Saturday for tires with trip Sunday to Ottawa unable to cancel. He called me back with cancellation and fit me in by 4:30. He didn't have to call me back quickly. Owner John was just as friendly to me when I arrived. Not only did they fit me in, they threw my winters on that were in back of my SUV. Great place, friendly staff, good prices, friendly service. Highly recommend going there.

Moving to a new town you never know who to trust. Been in 3x so far check engine light and 2 safety inspections as well as a future snow tire apointment. They are fair and honest and the customer service is hands down amazing. I'm not at all surprised they are as busy as they are, thank you.

Took it in for brake inspection, oil change, and air filter change. Speed of service and brake job was fine, staff was professional and friendly. I noticed on the receipt that they used the incorrect oil for my vehicle (502 instead of 507) and they didn't change the air filter. Maybe they just forgot the last part. Not a huge deal. They also didn't top off my windshield wiper fluid - every other mechanic I've taken it to has topped off the fluid. Also not a big deal as I can do this myself. I would recommend your mechanics pay better attention to oil specs and not just assume every car takes the same oil.EDIT* They contacted me and informed me they did use the right oil, and just hit the wrong button on the invoice. They sent me correct documentation and the correct type of oil. They also offered to swap the oil again to give me peace of mind.

We had a horrible experience with John and his lack of professionalism in doing a simple oil change. He was rude talked over us many times, and when trying to converse over the phone he hung up on us.We highly recommend NOT using their services.We booked an oil change a week in advance and when we showed up they didn't have the proper filter and took an hour and 20 minutes to do the change and then we're very rude and inconsiderate to their lack of professionalism and rudeness towards myself and my girlfriend. Absolutely disgusted with John and Midas service. Negative 10 out of 5....never again will I trust this person and the business they do.

Brought my Rogue in yesterday for some grinding and rattling noises. They were nice enough to let me know what needed to be fixed immediately and what they see being a problem in a couple months time. They even had time to fix a couple things right on the spot! The owner was nice enough to drive us back home while they worked on our car as well. The Rogue sounds much better today than yesterday! By far the best shop in town!

The value and customer service is exceptional. John and Frank are a great team and I will definitely being going back there for all my automotive needs. I would strongly recommend Midas in Pembroke to all who want good value and excellent customer service.

I have been fortunate enough to have found these gentlemen at Midas Pembroke and have used their services several times. They are, hands down, most efficient, accommodating, trustworthy and female friendly auto service provider around. They are not out to rip you off or belittle you in any way and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with their services and explain everything to you. I highly recommend Midas Pembroke and will personally not go anywhere else, if I can avoid it. Thank you for your wonderful service, you guys rock.
