Just done in 5 minutes my ear was clogged for 2 weeks. i tried 4 days ear wax removing oil didn't work. 30$ and now im super happy with my ear. very friendly staff and doctor 10 stars from me.

My dad had hearing issues, balance problems and he was out of work for over 1.5 years. Jennifer did an amazing job listening to my dads issues and cleaned and washed my dads ears multiple times and huge chunks of debris came out. Its been 3 days and my dad is doing so much better. My dad has been to numerous doctors and even an ENT cleaned my dads ear but it wasn't nearly as good as what Jennifer did. She was so caring and nice if only my dads doctors listened maybe he wouldn't have to suffer for so long. Long story short, highly recommend Bentley hearing service to anyone who wants a thorough service and caring staff.

They treated us like family. My mom is 90 she felt very comfortable there.

Came as a walk-in in the morning, my one ear was plugged and couldn't hear. They fit me in right away, and were able to inspect and clean, solving the problem.My hearing hasn't been this good in awhile!Very friendly, professional service.
