It’s was my first time to have lunch here. The restaurant was clean and spacious. It wasn’t busy at all during the peak lunch hour. The food was ok but nothing special. You can pay an extra $3 to include a bubble tea or tapioca drink with your lunch order. The drink was not bad. The service was good and the server was friendly. They are now having a promotion of 13% discount for all dine in or take out if you pay by cash.

Servers (maybe just the 1?) didn't know their restaurant brand very well. We have been to many zen q before and we were wondering why this set meal didn't have side dishes we could choose from. In the end she told us that diff zen q branches operate menus differently... She didn't even know others operated differently until we said that Woodbine gave us choices. She said that Kennedy cooks when ordered versus Woodbine had cooked à bunch of dishes and just plops them to the rice.Overall, food was good. The Taiwanese chicken was better than next door's Ten Ren and this place has a lot more rice! No sides though unless you really count the 4 pieces of broccoli lol. Plum sauce ribs were great! The sauce was delicious but the ribs are meatier next door.The ambience was squishy. This could be a family place but it's rather small and ventilation isn't the best. It's comfier to sit next door.I will say though that their fruit drinks are quite sweet so if you are watching your sugar, you could even get 25% or 0% sugar and the tapioca/jellies will be more than enough sugar.Would I come here again? Probably on a co day. Zen q doesn't have as many drink choices and the lacking side dishes thing makes me go next door instead.

We ordered a Taiwanese popcorn chicken with rice and a Hainanese chicken with rice from their lunch special menu. Portion was huge and food was hot and tasty.

Went with my kids and other families. They were quick with the food so the kids didn’t complain. The food was reasonable and good portion. Servers took extra time to give us kids bowls and plastic utensils. They too the time to split our bills too. Overall good experience, will visit again

My friends and I shared the Taiwanese popcorn chicken (very crispy), minced pork noodles (soup was light and well cooked), black forest creamy frappe (loved it - chocolatey and milky and cold) and the milk tea creamy frappe (the lychee jellies were nice but in terms of personal taste, I preferred the chocolate on the black forest).

Service was okay and food was not bad. Restaurant was clean and neat. Portion sizes were pretty big and prices were fair. They have a discount promotion if you pay cash for dine in and takeout.

Quick meals, good value with bubble teas and desserts as well. As for quality, there are better options around.The Taiwanese minced pork rice was generous but disappointing.The teriyaki chicken baked pasta was ok, nothing amazing.Overall, good value but don't expect amazing tastes.

Used to visit a lot but now I only go when I need to do groceries at T&T. Their service is meh and the food quality has gone down the past 2 years. I had Malaysian curry chicken with rice today and their rice was a tad but soggy. Wish their foods quality were more consistent. Still love their Q ball with grass jelly desserts though.
