I used Sunrise for 4 or 5 of jobs at my house that we’re too large for me to take on. As a bit of a perfectionist, I followed these guys around and was probably a pretty annoying homeowner! There’s a reason why I used them again and again. We dealt with Adam who was very professional and communicated with us every step of the way. Great prices, great work. I will use them again next time for sure.

We had our windows throughout the house replaced in 2016 and everything from start to finish went extremely smoothly. The two gentle that installed the windows were AMAZING - so kind, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use Sunrise Construction again.

Beware!! I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it! We hired them to replace our roof. They didn’t follow manufacturer’s guidelines, we withheld balance of payment due and they ended up taking us to court. 4 years later (above all the stress they caused us!!) we won the case. They had to pay us back everything we paid them to date. Legal fees more than double the cost of the roof!!! Complete waste of time! On top of this, we had to re-do our roof as we had leaks within 3 years of them doing the work. Their roofers didn’t even install vents back where they belonged and didn’t bother to install wood beneath the shingles. How is this even possible? Does a roofer not feel bad about doing this terrible workmanship?By the way, I’m certain this company asks their friends to post positive reviews about them. It’s just not possible, based on our experience, for them to have a 4 star or above rating.

Hired these guys to do renovations on my house and it was a great process start to finish. Starting with the quote which was enjoyable picking out different designs I like, and turning it into a reality. Not the cheapest option but very affordable. You definitely get what you pay for. 100% will recommend and use them again in the future.

My family and I recently visited our condo where Sunrise is currently doing major renovations. On arrival we found our unit was inaccessible. Mike and his crew immediately worked for several hours to remedy the situation. Their professionalism, workmanship and outstanding ethics made it possible for us to enter and enjoy our long awaited stay. Mike even carried our luggage,It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Sunrise.

They quoted a good price - but you will be paying for it if you hire these guys.Workmanship is horrible. This company repaired" my roof without conducting proper investigation. A lot of shortcuts were made. Layers of shingle placed on top of each other

As a property manager it is hard to find a good contractors. Working with sunrise has been an absolute pleasure. They are very responsive and honest. Dave is great! Keep up the good work!

Sunrise Construction completed a roof at my parent's house in 2016.I was thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of the work. They were punctual in completing the roof, addressed issues that we had not anticipated (for free), and they went out of their way to try to save us additional costs where it was possible.I would highly recommend, and will certainly be using their services in the future!

When our house got broken into they were able to come within the hour and secured the door. They went above and beyond, not taking advantage of us like other companies may have, and continuously assuring us that everything would be okay. Definitely earned my future business thanks again!!
