2021-08-15: right now almost all machines are brokencad 2 per washing machine loadcad 0.25 per 3min of drying (I usually need around 30min drying for 1 big load)they have a change machine, that is sometimes out of service.a lot of the washers and dryers are broken or not working properly

I not only wasted money on broken machines but also on a load of clothing that were ruined because those dryer are insanely hot.Unless you have a turkey to cook, keep it on low heat.Also the place is always dirty and if you have an issue with anything you are on your own.Time to buy a wash machine for me. Sadly, other laundries in the area are as bad…

Very clean. Gas dryers. 3 washing machines for bigger loads. Think good price for washing n drying.

Don't be fooled by the bright colours and clean facade. This laundromat is among the worst in the area. The dryers rarely work. I have given my phone number to the attendant on staff on four occasions - the attendant says I can expect a call from the owners to be reimbursed but they haven't called as of the time I posted this review.

I feel bad giving this place one star since the owner seems nice enough, but I have to warn people that my clothes were stolen from here.Have also seen a homeless person sleeping inside, which is great, I'm all for providing shelter to the homeless as long as they aren't stealing my clothes.

*update* I did my laundry again here and instead of walking away from the dryer like last time, I stood by it while it ran on medium heat, not high. I think this did the trick because the clothes did not get scorched this time! Just be careful about the high heat, it will burn your clothes if they’re in there for 20 mins.—-I was really, really disappointed today when i picked up my laundry and my clothes stunk like burned food.. I tried wearing the clothes and i can barely stand the smell it's so strong. My clean laundry is ruined. :(I was excited to try chez bobette for the first time because the atmosphere is cute and considered. Prices are really good.

Made an appointment to drop off my large winter jacket to get it washed. Confirmed the day of saying I was still coming. Showed up and there was no one there to take my jacket. I until waited 20 minutes after my apt and was late for work. Nice service on the phone but if you can't make an appointment let the person know so they don't waste their time. Brought my jacket to another laundry mat, lost a client.

Great location. Nice area with Wifi, electric power connections and books. But always dirty floors and surfaces, and they need to wash the machines from time to time. The change machine is broken and no one here to help get 25c or coins
