Ian was easy to contact and very prompt in coming to my place to install a new ball valve. I appreciated how he took the time to explain things to me as a new homeowner and was able to get the job done quickly. We will be giving him a call in the future if we need any further work!

Ian was great to work with. We needed plumbing repair for one of the outside pipes done. He was able to visit our house the same day I called to view the issue. I was expecting him to schedule a later date to come back and fix our issue. Instead, he fixed our issue in the same visit. I was very impressed with his professionalism and straightforwardness about the work being done.

5 star rating all around. Ian arrived on time and removed andinstalled a dishwasher and a toilet. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up his work area very well. Was very nice and friendly. Responsed quickly to my original call as well. Would definitely recommend to others without hesitation and will definitely use again. I have used other plumbers previously but will always use Ian moving forward

Ian was great. I plan on using his services in the future and cant wait to recommend him to anyone I know that has plumbing issues. He was thorough, safe, professional and could tell he had a great work ethic. He would explain his process step by step which was great for me as I tried to do it on my own and he came in and saved me from own future demise.

We had Ian remove an old dishwasher and install a new one. He checked the work from a previous repair and made sure everything was working properly. He is very conscientious as he noticed a serious issue with the venting in the mechanical room and fixed it before he left. It would be a pleasure to recommend Ian to anyone looking for repair of plumbing/ mechanical issues.

My hot water tank stopped working, I call another company who was busy and they send Ian from Riverpoint Plumbing.I told him what the problem was, after checking he patiently explain that I need a new hot water tank and why. He give me a ball park figure and I agree he left and came back with a new tank removed the old one and installed the new one. When he was finished I went downstairs to check my place was very clean. I was really impressed!

I wanted a couple of bidets installed. Ian was overall excellent in everything. His technical (plumbing), communication and professional skills were great. When he was done, he cleaned up so good, it almost felt that there was no plumbing work done at all. He also arrived on time to the minute and was done on time as per his estimate. Even the invoice has the amount broken up for all the pieces of work he did.I will connect with him if there are any issues with the bidet work, and update this review with new feedback (almost certain it will be positive based on initial experience) . I will surely recommend him to friends and family.
