Worst customer service ever! The two ladies working at the store were rude and careless. I will never go to this jewelry store again. Went in for ear piericing and they didn’t do the job well. They pierced both ears at the same time with a machine without marking them properly. Worst experience ever! Not sure if they stérilise their products properly. They have such a really nice selection of jewelry. I bought a bracelet and price was really good and quality is great. I just would suggest a better customer service. The employee didn’t have to much information about the products and she wasn’t very friendly.

We are very pleased with our experience at Bijouterie LSM. They have a nice jewellery collection and Chris provided us with excellent service; she was kind, patient and knowledgeable.

I brought in a broken necklace to be fixed and they ruined it. They didn’t care they didn’t offer compensation all they did was reimburse me for the cost of the repair, and the manager was trying to avoid me, the salesperson wasn’t apologetic, the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. I will NEVER go back there.

This used to be our to go store but after the terrible terrible behavior of the manager (Sylvie), I feel absolutely horrible !We went in for a ring resize that we had purchased from the store , which was sized wrongly by the store in the first place. When we brought it up with one of the associate ,she agreed and later when the manager came , she was really rude! Her behavior was not acceptable , not admitting that there was an error from the store ! We had receipts to prove it and the manager completely dismissed us !We were refused service in English even after mentioning that we did not speak french very well .The manager treated us with absolute disrespect and made us feel that it was our fault !!I am disgusted and will never in my life go back or would recommend anyone to go back . I feel dissatisfied by the behavior and customer service . We were shamed for not speaking french . I cannot stress enough my disappointment and disgust for the store! They lost us as a long term customer of theirs.

I go there every year for my wife's wedding anniversary around christmas time and neither of us have ever been disappointed
