I was given a part number from Parker for a direct replacement hydraulic motor , however it is no where near possible to use it as nothing lines up. Hyseco basically did nothing to help and told me too bad. I understand Parker is more to blame but neither will do anything to fix this situation.Terrible customer service from both!

Nothing to complain about, good quality and really professional technicians.

Ordered a custom manifold for our ironworker. Was told 6-8 weeks turnaround for completion, gave them the order. Called them after about 6 weeks after no-one had replied to multiple emails following up just to find out they had not even started the order! Was told another 6-8 weeks with no chance to expedite even though they said it was their fault. Horrible communication, high prices, did not help at all for repairs, would not recommend. Edit - Response from the owner is inaccurate, no sales representative had reached out for any payment information. He/she is trying to save face with their response but they had openly agreed that they made the mistake over the phone at the time.

Hyseco has knowledgeable and experienced staff with great technical ability. They helped trouble shoot my hydraulic pump issue over the phone and resolved my problem without having to send a technician to site.

Reputable company with great customer service. Craig took great care of me and looked after all my needs. Highly recommend.
