A few days ago I went to get a hair permanent straigh done and this is the results.This it’s the worst place ever, place if you love your hair don’t go there. I hope this review and photos help other people to don’t fall into this business.All my hair top to bottom is burn and it broke when stretched. When I when to get my refund back I asked them for their license in case I had any reaction and they refused to give to me, after talking with them for 15 min and asked them many times for the license they finally said the truth Hanna the one who did this to me didn’t have a professional license to do this, so I ask the manager/owner for their license and they didn’t have one to. This place is so unprofessional.I wrote a review in Facebook and they deleted all the reviews so anyone can see mine.0 Stars!!!

I recently had a pedicure and acrylic nails done at a local salon and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results. The salon was clean and inviting, with a friendly and professional staff that made me feel right at home.The pedicure was relaxing and rejuvenating, with the technician taking the time to really pamper my feet and leave them feeling soft and smooth. The selection of colors for the nail polish was impressive, and I was able to find the perfect shade to match my outfit.The acrylic nails turned out beautifully. They were shaped perfectly and had a glossy finish that looked amazing. The technician was skilled and careful, making sure that the nails were applied correctly and securely.Overall, I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great pedicure and acrylic nails. The experience was top-notch, and the results were absolutely stunning. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future.

This was an absolute terrible, ridiculous service and job done to say the least. I booked an appointment for highlights on Thursday April 21, 2022 at 1pm. Jane (the stylist) convinced me to do a ombre/balayage for blonde. She did not do that whatsoever, she did not section my hair, scraped the colour on my hair with her hands and used only 4 foils in random parts of my hair. It was 1:39pm when the stylist began to apply the bleaching process my hair (with her hands), sat in the salon chair for processing, and I had to leave the chair twice to look for my stylist. After the second time I asked for my hair to be checked and washed, to the surprise of the other workers which makes me think I was completely forgotten about as a client whose hair was full of bleach, I finally had my hair washed by 3:20pm by a completely different worker that just came from doing someone's nails. In that time I was sitting in the chair I watched my stylist go on to do someone's nails and even took in ANOTHER lady to do a lash appointment and which that lady left and I was still waiting for my hair to get washed. When toner was finally applied it was from the lady who washed my hair, NOT MY STYLIST! My hair came out looking blotchy, brass, very uneven, and stripes by my roots. She rushed to trimming my hair and blow drying as well as curling then moved to taking photos of my hair. She seen the job she had done, I was sitting there for four hours and my hair looked like it was rushed. I had to go to a professional at another salon right away to fix the job I trusted her to do. My hair looked very uneven, spots were silver, and my ends were still brown. My hair is now left with tons of breakage from sitting there so long and needs multiple treatments to attempt to repair. I was charged a ridiculous price for this treatment and they completely took advantage of my trust for their salon. I still cannot get in contact with the manager. The employees are continuously giving me different information every time I call in. I just want to speak to a manger to try rectify the situation.

I am truly happy with my service. My hair is so soft, smooth, shiny and healthy. She took her time with the hair cut to make sure its perfect and I also did permanent hair straightening and it was wonderful and very smooth. I do recommend this place :)

Save your time and money. Absolutely horrible service, my mom and I went to go get our nails done together, the tech doing my Moms nails asked her little to no questions about how she wanted her nails done, left her with super thick and unshaped nails, when she voiced her dislike of the nails, she got yelled at by the tech and was getting bullied into finishing and paying for the nails she didn't like. If I could rate it a zero I would I'm very disappointed.

Hostile nail technician who called me & yelled at me on the phone. Talked over me. Rude and disrespectful. I asked three times for dipping powder & she went ahead and did bio gel. A person shouldn't have to ask many times if they are being confrontational by talking louder and over me I don't argue because I feel I have no voice. Poor communication on their part. God forbid you be accountable for your own mistakes. When doing my nails she doesn't communicate what she wants and pulls aggressively on my hand and fingers. The managers don't do anything to help they just argue and talk over you.
