I’ve been a customer of Remedy’sRx Lakefront and Jerry, the pharmacist for many years. I very rarely post reviews but I’m making the time to do it because Jerry 100% has earned it and I want the world to know how much I appreciate him and his pharmacy. I 100% recommend taking your business to this pharmacy. I have a complex medical history so I’ve met numerous pharmacists in the last 50 yrs. I moved 45mins to 1 hr drive on a good traffic day from the Toronto Lakeshore area 4 yrs ago and I still get my monthly refills and newly prescribed scripts from Jerry. It is enough that he is knowledgeable, respectful, hardworking, punctual, personable and caring but there’s the bonus of positivity that radiates from him. Customer for life! Jerry is the best pharmacist I have ever known. He follows up when my prescriptions are due and has them ready when I come into the pharmacy. He is pleasant to deal with. I will never go back to Shoppers Drug Mart. They have terrible long waits for your prescriptions and treat you like a number. If you're new to the neighbourhood and or looking for a better experience, I fully recommend this pharmacy. When I had an accident out of town, Jerry called the pharmacy where I was and helped me get my needed prescriptions. He is amazing and caring.
