Horrible Experience, 1.5 hrs late for consult, 2hrs late for install. Visible seams, hands all over freshly painted walls, cigarette butts and x-acto blades on lawn and failed to pick up old carpet and had to pay junk hauler to remove it. Worst of all, they tried to put 1 cm pieces in a seam in the middle of the floor (see picture with red glue) and tried to hide the evidence. Avoid at all costs and use your judgement when looking at the other reviews as you can spot the 5 star reviews on here that are fake.

Matt at Aktas Floors is amazing to deal with and service is exceptional. Matt took the time to show us various carpet samples and educated us on quality as well as best underlay. We are so happy with our carpet and how smooth everything was. So impressed that he came by to check our carpet out to make sure everything was exceptional. Would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them for price, quality and service.

I am a medium sized general contractor in Edmonton and surrounding area, and over the years have dealt with many different flooring companies. Some better than others.Since finding Aktas and using them for my supplier for my projects, I now feel as though there is a company that cares as much as I do about making sure the client has been given the best information and options as possible to make an informed decision about they're choice of flooring.I definitely feel that anyone looking for supply or install of all types of flooring check them out. Since purchasing our new home years ago, we have always wanted to replace the carpeting in our house with hardwood and, this year, we finally acted on our intentions. We picked Aktas Floors and Interiors, based upon the positive reviews online, and were not disappointed. From our first visit to the showroom to final payment of the invoice, our experience was above expectations. We live in an older character home and we expected challenges installing the hardwood, especially on the stairs going to the second floor. However, everything went like clockwork. The installers were professional, efficient, and did a beautiful job. The price was right and the work was completed on schedule. We highly recommend Aktas Floors and Interiors.

It was a true pleasure working with the entire Aktas Floors team throughout the whole project on our home. The results came out beautifully on our second flooring install and our new stairs. This is an excellent company to hire for your flooring. We had them redo the carpet in 3 bedrooms and the landing on our top floor. The prices are unbeatable and the quality of the carpet is top notch. We shopped around a lot before deciding. Also Hugo and Emily were both very involved with the work to make sure we were satisfied throughout and afterwards. We have more flooring to replace in our place and I will be using Aktas Flooring for sure. You won't go wrong if you choose them.Hope this helps your decision,Scott

Aktas Floors & Interiors provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service. The prices are far lower than other suppliers for higher quality products. The consultation services are honest and educational. Installation services are completed quickly while keeping the work area pristine. I highly recommend Aktas and it's efficient staff to those who are Do-It-Yourselfers or those who require full service flooring installation. Awesome company and people!

Saw great reviews on google and other websites and thought i give it a try with a quote for my condo (2 rooms + a den).Everything from prices to service was top notch. Hugo and Emily were both very helpful and would adapt to your schedule. From quote to measurement to getting it all done took around 1 week. I have searched everywhere and nothing beats its price and service. A big shout out to Andre the install guy, which also was fantastic at installing the carpet, very professional service. I would recommended for anyone and would definitely use Aktas floor for all my future projects. Great job team, keep up that fantastic work.

Emily and Hugo at the showroom did an amazing job of making sure our needs were met. They recently finished 135 units in our building at downtown Edmonton. Their installers were professional punctual tidy and did a great job. When there was an issue they were quick to rectify the problem and made sure I was satisfied and happy with the service. All floors look beautiful and I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone looking to re-do their flooring. They offer vinyl planks, hardwood, carpet, tile, laminate etc... So happy we went with Aktas!!
