Great Streetwear products and Kicks! I only rate 3 stars because I went to the store specifically for the zip up “Van City” hoodie to find out they are only available online. (Edit to reply to owner: Where do you state that information? Would be nice if you had some Zip Up Hoodies of your flagship brand in-store. It’s not just me that went to the store for that item. All good, as there are other streetwear stores close by Surrey.)

I’ve been a customer of dipt for years, Iv purchased hoodies for me and my kids, shirts for my whole family, my wife has purchased items, needless to say Iv been a good customer. But this time, I placed an order online, which upon pick, came to find they mixed up one of the items. No big deal right? Well when I called them to tell them about the mix up, they assured me the replacement was at the store and to just come by and grab it. So i send my employee there the next day as I didn’t have time to go, and when he gets there they try to charge him an addition $30 for trading the hoodie that I received for the one I originally purchased. My employee didn’t have any money so he left empty handed. I phone them back and explain the situation of me being there twice now and still don’t have what I paid for. They apologized and assured me they would rectify it and promised me some “extras” to Make up for it. I send the employee back a second time (third trip back) and all they give him was the hoodie, no extra’s that were promised. Pretty disappointed in the lack of communication between the staff. it a shame to cause I really like their products, but I won’t be shopping here anymore, way to much of a headache.

Was one of my favorite places to get some clothes at in my youth , harder to find items that no one will really have on . Really nice owner Martini . The clothes are worth every penny if you are a clothing person

Camped out at Dipt for a pair of Jordan 1 Blue Moons, and was let in early by the nice store staff to purchase! Dipt also has a nice selection of streetwear apparel along with a well updated sneaker wall. Vancity merch is also available if that tickles your fancy. Would come by again to shop the hoodies and anoraks for the upcomjng spring/summer season.

Great spot for all your VAN-CITY branded needs. Staff are really friendly, helpful and want you to get the most of your shopping experience. I'll be sure to visit intermittently throughout the year.

I just wanted to highlight two staff members who work here. Very patient and very respectful to every customer no matter who you are. They always ask if I need additional help and are willing to go beyond there ways to help me out and even help me get home safe. Huge shoutout to Marianne and Solomon.

mr martini is the goat fr, picked up a pair of neutral grey jordan 1s and overall a good experience, store smells great too.
