Great customer service throughout (before, during, and after) installation. Reasonable cost. Will advice and give honest opinion and options to see if other accessories are a fit or if you should buy from elsewhere. Fast communication and follow up. Definitely recommend.

The team that came to our place was excellent. Very thorough, responsive and their work is amazing. DO NOT USE this company Green City Cleaners/ Silent lights. This is the most disorganized and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They send out improper quotes, they make appointments and don't show up at all with absolutely no explanation. They put up the wrong colored lights when told minutes before in person prior to putting them up.The company will then blame the customer for the mistake implying the customer is wrong and a liar until video proof is provided showing employees on video lieing. Completely unprofessional company and a liability to have anywhere near your house. They continuously make mistakes and then blame the customer. Avoid at all costs. Not Better Business accredited. Zero stars do not recommend.

I cannot provide enough positive feedback about Devon and Deborah. I've used Silent Lights for a few years and their set up and take down service is excellent. These last two days I took advantage of the Green City Cleaning services and got a full house package and once again they did not disappoint. I would 100% recommend them their for their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. Amazing to deal with all around!
