great and trustworthy mechanic who really knows what they're doing! Brought my car in for my brakes at a different mechanic and they quoted me almost 800$ to just replace the parts however when I brought it to alain they resolved the same issue for about $150...

This guy did work on my car (I live in laval) and I didnt have cash so he did the work on my car then sent me away until I was in town the following week to pay him. Very trusting, does great work.

Took the car in for engine noise, after a review I received very clear and precise information on repairs needed and costs, repairs were done within the time promised, the whole experience inspires trust which is very difficult with mechanics, I will for sure use their services in the future

Good place to bring ya car ..I know lots ppl say that about eatch gerage... but I been going here long time for oil change witch was 30$ cash before but price went up suck s but that s life...the guys there nice fun talk too let ya see your car same time so that's a plus..the owner boss Alain good honest man..and when he knows ya good he can help ya when ya in tight $ spot..I'm not from chatugay but still drive to this place me and my gf..for things on are car..

I really can’t say enough great things about these guys. The owner bends over backwards every time to help you get your car back on the road as quickly as possible. He understands when you’re on a budget and I can’t thank him enough for being our great mechanic. I would send everybody to him if I could.

They are making big difference in their pocket on parts price, overpriced. Because of flat was at the corner of the tire they refused to fix it and wanted to sell me new one for $250 . My tires pretty new though. So went to another garage $15 to fix the flat, now its over a year on those tires.

After moving to chateauguay i needed to find a good honest place to fix my car that is trustworthy and fair. After going to one place and them stealing my change out of my arm rest i was kind of sketchy now about finding a new spot. After looking online i came accross * Atelier Mecanique Chateauguay* and seen and heard alot of good things about this place so decided to give them a shot..I'm glad i did!!! Alain is a family man and a very honest person. He knows what he is talking about and he wont make you pay for something you dont need.I STRONGLY SUGGEST THIS PLACE A+±+This is our new go to! Charged me over 1200$ on an older car that (I now know) did not have 1200$ worth of damage, all I took it in for was a weird noise coming from the tire, long story short i trusted the garage because of word of mouth from someone who has hood intentions but then later after acquiring a new behicle a perfectly new car fresh from the factory, took it here instead of my usual garage for tire change to put on winters, and right after I got it back I noticed lights on on my dashboard, after taking it to my usual garage to make sure everything was okay they told me some electrical cables had been cut..to further my suspicion, a good friend of mine told me they hassled him all kinds of money when he had taken a mechanic's course and they were pitching him a spiel.. believe me or not but its your money not mine, anymore..
