I shop here all the time. Today at the self checkout, the employee who was overseeing it was sitting beside the scanner. Where I put my food. He was sitting there the entire time I checked out. Sitting down where shoppers put their food is frankly gross. The self checkout I was at was filthy as well. So disappointed. Zero stars for me.

I would absolutely leave a higher review, if it wasn't for the fact that the salad bar up front can't consistently keep their Salads properly filled. It's one thing to raise the prices on these because everything else is going up in price, but when you raise the price AND barely fill the larger containers more than half, or charge a higher price AS WELL AS make the bowls smaller for the single serving salads, it completely turns me away from the section. The attached image are the 16 dollar party bowls, and they are filled just as much as the middle sized 8 dollar family containers. The 16 dollar ones used to be FILLED TO ALMOST BURSTING before. There's zero excuse for this......Otherwise a good store, always good service from the self check out cashiers when I need a bag, very friendly. If the Salad area gets its act back together, easy 4 or 5 star rating.

I am so disappointed by their customer service. I spoke to two managers and none of them even seemed to care at all to help. My husband and I purchased $200 worth of stuff and we forgot two items on cash that we had paid for (a stuffed animal and cat food). When I called to ask for help they said they were not able to help me, even though I had my receipt and gave them all the information. I gave them the exact time, the cashier location, told them the person who helped us and still nothing. The store managers said that once the item is paid for they have no control over what happens. Ok, but the item never left their store! It was left on the cash! The items never left the physical store. I asked them to look at the cameras but they refused and said they had no access to them. I’m so upset about the lack of help. They kept our money and our items.

I went in today to get some sweet treats for a meeting. I picked up some amazing fresh items from the bakery. The selection was vast, but I decided on some different cookies. They were enjoyed by all, so tasty. The price wasn't unreasonable. There was no line at self checkout for my few items. The store was very clean too.

This is our go to shopping place. If you collect pc points you get gery good deals on there. Best place for bakery items at reasonable price. I found most of items at pretty good price. Cash counter is fast. Produce items are fresh. Got lot of choices too.

Real Canadian Superstore Harmony Road
I have lived in this area for many years. The Super Store was once great but every year it gets worse and worse. I can't wait until a new grocery store opens in this area. Lately the lines are bad, trying to get help to find a product is near impossible. 1 day I asked 3 employees, 30 minutes later it was still not found. The produce is very poor, worst I've seen actually at any grocery store here in town. I'd love to shop there but now I just run there for the odd item I may've forgotten or need last minute. It's unfortunate it's gone down hill.Pictures were the items I needed last minute, needless to say no choice was the best choice.

Please hire cashiers who are good at customer service. I am a Hijabi Muslim who has disability, and It was really sad how cashier treated me. Her name is Tina she was working at disability cashier. She snapped at me when I asked her to do a price match. There was no one behind me, and she rushed me so much she was getting very irritated ,rolling her eyes and throwing my groceries on the side like it's garbage . The fresh produce I bought is damaged . I was in tears when I left your store. I was never treated this way anywhere before. I don't think I will shop at this branch next time .

This is one of my favorite grocery stores in the Ontario. They have the best food selection and the staff are awesome. This is one of the best salad places in the area. The staff are friendly and although the food is a bit expensive you get what you pay for. The produce is pretty good and the meat selections are good too. This weekend I bought a whole cooked lobster. It was so delicious.The desserts and the ice cream selections are amazing too. The store is huge in size and clean sleek. This is a high end store that also sells cooked meals.I usually go grocery shopping on the weekend and the lanes are always fully stocked. I usually buy salads and vegetables for lunch. I like the other selections in the grocery store. This place is not really for cheap folk there is no coupons. This place does accept the optimum card which gives you points. I really enjoy this grocery store I hope you enjoy it too.

I use the pickup and go in a lot. Store is usually well stocked and the staff is friendly. Have had some trouble with the pickup. There are 6 pickup spots and a ton of regular parking spots.
