Thank you Mike Dunbar and Deon for giving us the best car buying experience in over 30 years. Buying in this environment of shortages (both components and EV/PHEV vehicles) it is difficult for buyers to negotiate a deal. This dealer was truthful and respectful in their dealings. It was efficient and an actually enjoyable process. Our trade-in value was up to expectations. Thank you for not having me feel cheated or abused (yes, most car buying actually fails to meet this measure)

WARNING to buyers! Mitsubishi motors itself claims oil consumption of 1L per 2000km on their vehicles is “acceptable”. I do all my oil changes regularly since purchased. I’ve been in twice to say I’ve been pouring 3L of oil into my 2018 Eclipse Cross in between oil changes done at their dealership. But since it’s not over 4L that’s being burned (tank only holds 4.8 total).. they won’t even pop the hood and just send me home.With that being said, sales team is great here.. and it’s not the dealerships fault that Mitsubishi thinks it’s acceptable to run their vehicles dry of oil. So buyer beware! *I will update this post if the problem is ever rectified but it’s been 6+ months of burning oil so far*

I recently purchased a 2023 Eclipse Cross at Valley Mitsubishi.and I was fortunate enough to work with Andreas.There is a common notion that traditional customer service principles no longer exist. -Andreas defied this.For me a great customer service experience is not solely based on the quality of a product and product knowledge, I consider the sincerity and integrity of my interactions during the process. Having just moved to Kelowna from Ontario I didn’t have the option of relying on word of mouth as I have done in the past and this brought me some serious anxiety. I had to put a lot of faith into such a big purchase. Not only did Andreas provide stellar product knowledge - He seriously knows what he’s talking about. He applied his comprehensive knowledge to find the right vehicle for me and my family. Not the most expensive vehicle on the lot, the right one. There was never an element of pressure or intimidation for me.I highly recommend Andreas and have full intention to reconnect for any future vehicle purchases.
