It took 13 days, multiple trips to the location and countless phone calls and emails to have the deposit refunded. The staff at the location was essentially useless. Feels weird to say it about uHaul, but this location has great service. Very Friendly staff that actually know their business and will go out of their way to assist. Considering the lack of service provided by other uHaul locations, it's a refreshing change. If you have the choice of location - rent here, even if it's a bit out of your way!

Excellent service from Gary. Smart, kind, knowledgeable and smooth. My best U-Haul experience anywhere, period. Just a small place but he takes great care and pride clearly in being top-notch.

Rented here a couple of times however each time getting worse.. quality of trucks weren't great. The staff was unbelievably rude so rude I had to ensure the conversation was heard by many and could be reheared. I highly recommend renting from another location. Management encouraged terrible / unprofessional actions by the employees.. not only were they disgustingly rude and inconsiderate they over charged a day and intentionally ignored the dispute of charges request which stated they would call within 48 hrs.... due to this we had to call customer service who then called these unprofessional individuals who did not answer their phone... shocker... we are now waiting for district and regional managers to discuss further action against the experience we had here.. at this point we will take these complaints the the highest level if needed.Stay away to save the headache you will thank me for making your move less stressful and the ability to rent from a location with someone who helps vs acts like children. Deluxe paints in Trenton offers far greater service and a nice crew there. I rent many uhuals however this locations experience has made me look around for other truck companies who don't overlook..

Great guys. Accommodated a late change in dates for needing the truck. Moved ahead two days and all worked out well.

Changing my 5 stars to 1, rental was easy. Getting my deposit back has deemed to be impossible as there debit was down and i had to leave a cash deposit, at this point I've spent more on gas to find out there closed or not open on time to get my refund so I left the paperwork in the box, counting my losses and will never return to this location. I will not be making a 4th trip to try and recoupe my money.

Booked at this location as it's literally one minute drive away only to find out just before move that I'd have to pick up and drop off truck in Belleville, and pay the mileage and gas. Very frustrating. Canceled and went with another dealer.

Gary and Gary helped this Gary out with the best customer service at a uhaul location to date. Clean trucks, plenty of stuff for moving, mattress bags, and lots of space to leave a vehicle.
