It's a small place with one lift I believe, but the owner does careful quality work. Went there to do an alignment after having had an inner tie rod replaced. He took me out to the shop and showed me the measurements on the machine to ask if I wanted him to install a part to fix the camber, which was out of the acceptable range

One of the best mechanics I've ever been to very honest

It's not often that you get fast, curteous service on the same day that you call a mechanic. With Knelsen Auto Repair, John told me over the phone he was busy, but that he would make time to see if he could fix / patch a screw in our tire. After calling several other mechanics who could not make time for us, I was very glad to hear he would squeeze us in for the tire repair before our trip. When we arrived at the shop, John came out to meet me and I knew then that he had the right approach to customer service. He admitted that his whole week was booked, but the 15 minutes he made to accommodate us was definitely going the extra mile. He also confirmed and cleared an error message with the engine light. John put us at ease before our trip. Two things you want at the start of a road trip: all tires in good shape and nail-free and no engine lights on your dash. John was a huge help for us.

This is the best alignment shop I’ve ever been to. They are not only professional, but actually do a really good job of aligning cars. Drives like a dream.They go above and beyond - highly recommend.
