Not only is Amir completely incompetent but he is also incredibly rude and unhelpful. Avoid doing any business with this company; you will regret it.

Amir is a dedicated, resourceful, and honest agent. His patience and flexibility helped us to make the right decision. He found us a great condo that met all our check lists and negotiated the price to meet our budget. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants nothing but the best service. Thank you, Amir, you were terrific.

A friend of mine was renting a unit that Amir dealt with. Suddenly my friend had to return back to his country but paid the full lease up until the end of the lease. Amir has yet to return the deposit my friend left simply because he knows very well he is not in the country. As first, I was left in charge, Amir communicated with me to clean the unit, return the keys which all of it was done immaculately. Once it came time to return the deposit, he said he could no longer communicate with me. My friend has been trying to get his deposit back, all it takes is for Amir to send an email transfer to my friend, it takes less than 30 seconds. He is rude, unprofessional, and a fraud. Please do not do business with someone like this. We should not be supporting this guy that does such shady business. We have contacted the Board of Real Estate and Landlord/Tenant Board. Please don't do business with someone like this.

Just like the rest if the reviews Amir is probably the most uneducated person I've had has a conversation with.I'm currently renting from him and I wouldn't advise any one else do soRude, not caring for his rentersHe sent a fake electrician to my house that set up faulty wiring and almost burnt down my house.He won't remove any of the previous owners gabrage from my backyard. He has the just the worst attitude in the worldLiterally 20 minutes before I'm supposed to move he then tells me I need to set up a bunch of accounts or no acess to house when he had 2 full days to tell me. He still hasn't signed relestate forms with my agent.There's another women on my street renting from him and he was un able to replace a washer machine for over 8 monthsI'm not sure how to scream this louderSTAY AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Amir Vali. Extremely honest, transparent, knowledgeable and he truly care about his client. I rented home for my friends (newcomers ). They are very happy with home, place and price. Thank you Amir !!!!!

Amir threatened my friend and is very rude. I’m afraid he earned money through this way many years. I don’t think this is a good company and I will complain them on court. I hope everyone who seen this review would think twice.

They take advantage of new agents. Stay away. Go with a credible brokerage like Centry 21 or Remax and get better training and a better commission spit. Don't be a lap dog.
