Absolutely unprofessional company that takes advantage of its workers at every opportunity, management has no coordination and blames their lack of coordination on the workers around them. Constant pressure to overwork yourself at the threat of losing your job or being disciplined with no thought being put into the circumstances leading to that point since none of the management team have any experience with the lower level jobs in the warehouse and were all hired out-of-house for the roles they have, making workers a constant target for harassment. Not worth the mediocre pay for the backbreaking work. Especially considering the workers made them 826M last year, but somehow cant afford to pay us well for the work we do. But hey, benifits are good right?

Shipping/Receiving main office team is a good team. There is a girl named Chantal" who is always ready to help and guide drivers about any confusions. These rating stars to her help and dedication for her work and for helping drivers. I wish all drivers could get the same experience as I had here and everywhere."

Worked here for roughly 1 year. Job pays well, and the people are also great. Work can be difficult and demanding at times, but which job isn't. Sara from HR was especially helpful in my time at Connect! Hope she's doing well.

Contracts going out to worthless companies like HIWAY 9 are fishy. How a big incorporation like connect logistics who is working for AGLC (government) is handling out contracts to companies where there is no system in place and no real control over employee activity. This 1 star is for management who is giving these big contracts to cheap companies.

Fired 4 days before Christmass. I was stil in their probationary training period and my production numbers were lower than they wanted but i was managing to improve them almost daily. People i talked to had told me that not meeting the required numbers was not cause for termination while in the probationary period and as long as you were improving and the trainers would shadow you and provide insight and encouragement. i guess they were wrong.The week before i was supposed to be at -18 and i brought it up from-29 to -23 in one day and i was certain i could hit the target numbers that upcoming week but instead they called me in after break, did not even let me have a full shift let alone a final week and right before the holidays was a real kick in the teeth especially for my kids. the trainers are all awesome so is the lead hand on day shift everyone else is garbage who don't care about you at all.

I brought up the tripping hazards for a year and a half. They ignored me.- The product is so hard to reach sometimes, that it's really difficult to use your proper lifting techniques. That's how I got tennis elbow, which they gave me a coaching for.- I fought hard to bring back the case count on the talkmans, which would have significantly improved production, but they didn't listen.- Favoritism has always been a problem.- Management doesn't work with their employees, they work against them.- Ask 5 different Team Leader's the same question, I guarantee you'll get 5 completely different answers.- They have no problem with bullying- The communication is so bad, this company should be called Disconnect.- Their equipment is absolute garbage.- Experienced workers continue to leave for OEM.- Everything is timed, which makes everyone miserable and in such a hurry.- LMS is timed and managed by people who have never picked a day in their life.- You're just a number, and that's all you'll ever be.- I worked for this place for 15 years, and It only gets worse. I promise.Need more reasons not to work here?I'd give this company zero stars if I could.
