Extremely disappointed with the BMO specialist. I contacted her about my refinance, and gave her all the numbers and info, and I even provided her with my credit info and wanted to make sure that BMO would be able to help me out. After a few calls and emails that we had she went MIA.In my opinion that is not how business is done, especially when you are dealing with finance and you represent one of the top 5 banking brands.To all consumer be careful dealing with Sharon Brown.

If you read the other post on Sharon, it is 100% accurate. She is not thorough in her communication, does not explain things in full and does not make you feel like a priority. She will go MIA unless you constantly call her. Doesn’t answer texts or emails promptly. Her positive is that she is usually available by phone when you call but again, not thorough in communication. She created a major issue with my financing and left me in a bind. Other BMO associates who supported after this were amazing, Sharon not so much. My advice is not to use Sharon.
