Korean Air

Have travel with Korean Air for 10 years. Great service.

Our transaction was short and sweet. The lady who attended to us was very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. Took us about literally 3mins to have our credit card validated. It one of their precautions for credit card fraud which I don't mind the hassle. It's for everyone's protection.

Korean air used to be my favourite airline. What a joke. Tried to book tickets online, their system was down. Tried again the next 2 days the same thing.Tried to call and book tickets via phone... get this.... YOU NEED TO BRING THEM YOUR PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD before your use your ticket.... Are you kidding me????? Do you (Korean air) live in prehistoric era???? Are you in North Korea??? or what??????Every company works very hard to get more customers but you just keep wasting your LOYAL CLIENTS.VERY STUPID STRATEGY......My husband couldn't believe and tried to call to book tickets today again but guess what??? Today is their computer system is COMPLETELY DOWN and you can't even book tickets by phone.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have flown many airlines to Asia and to this day I still highly think of Korean Air. Their service has not wavered. It's still classy but affordable. They have the most courteous in-flight staff. They are friendly, helpful. Middle of the flight when everyone's sleeping these top flight attendants are walking back and forth providing drinks and making sure everyone is fine. The washrooms are always dry, scented and cleaned on a regular basis. Their food is excellent for in flight meals. They still provide everyone on a long haul journey their slippers and toothbrush. You don't see this anymore with other major airlines that use to provide them. I find other airlines has sacrificed customer service to save a few bucks, but not Korea Air! So Bravo Korean Air, you have my loyalty. Keep up the great flights! ! ! !
