Taishoken Ramen
I had the karamiso tonkotsu ramen and overall it was quite good. The broth had a nice level of spice and pork was tender. Portion could have been a bit bigger but value wise it was ok. It was really humid inside the establishment to the point the windows were steaming up.

Taishoken Ramen
I found the overall experience, taste of the broth, meat, and ramen all quite standardly average. Like a McDonald's grade ramen place. It's not bad or anything, just nothing stands out and nothing spectacular.There was dipping ramen which was cool but it tasted kinda just like the original ramen noodle bowl in flavor to me.

Taishoken Ramen is a great place to try tsukemen style ramen.The soup is very rich and flavourful with nice smokiness, it coats the noodles well. Noodles were nice and chewy. Overall a great bowl of ramen.While it got busy for lunch the service was great and fast to serve the food.

Prime location but ramen could have been hotter. It came out lukewarm... For a cold, rainy day we were hoping to be greeted with a hot steaming bowl of broth with noodles, but I guess the noodles are supposed to be the star here and the broth is only secondary...?

The best Ramen ever I have . Their soup is light yet very authentic. Not salty like other ramen shops. My daughter and I always come here. Must better than Jinya ramen

Taishoken Ramen
I love a good chicken broth ramen and hadn’t discovered it until I tried this place. This one has a clear broth, ample slices of chicken breast and lots of fresh veggies. It’s a very satisfying meal! The noodles are nice and chewy and the egg is done perfectly. Quick in and out lunch spot.

Small restaurants usually mean that the food will be good - this one did not disappoint.Very flavourful broth, I had the Miso Tonkotsu, and I was very satisfied. Despite being a warm evening, this was exactly what I needed to unwind for the day.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was with a group of 12, and they were very accommodating. The second time was recently with a friend. I really like their ramen and friendly service.

Taishoken Ramen
I’ve had so many ramen in Vancouver, and this is one of the best I think! Not as famous as Danbo ramen and others, but definitely worth trying! High recommended!
