Calvin and his team did a professional and thorough job selling our home. I would have left 5 stars, however we brought our price down from our original amount. Unable to leave a 4 -1/2 star - which is what I wanted to leave. They worked very hard - were never slack and definitely were most helpful with this sale, as I did have difficulty with my original signature on the electronic contract. This particular problem had never come up before. Even this was handled with utmost respect and consideration. Calvin handled all my questions expediently which surprised me as he is such a busy professional realtor.I can definitely see why he has so many good ratings.

We were a bit apprehensive about the entire process of selling units with tenants since this is the first time to do so. Calvin and his team ensured that all the tenants were working in their best interest, as well as ours. The process went smoothly, and before we knew it, we had received an overwhelming number of offers! The property was bid up well over the asking price!
