He is such a nice and sweet guy. Experienced, skilled and motivated to work for peoples who have run into problems. I really enjoyed working with him and he resolved the laptops few problems in just under two hours. I thought my laptop was dead but I had as wrong. I would love to recommend people who has any technical issues with his/her laptop /desktop to visit him.

Mark is a gem! He carefully diagnosed the problem with my Mac, and when we deemed it unrepairable he extracted the hard drive and put it in an enclosure to save the data on it. All done cheerfully, expertly, and for reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

It was a nice experience, he told me why my laptop was slow and offered me a solution, he was very good at what he was doing and explained how different applications affects my PC, loved his Co worker cricket as well. I highly recommend his services.

Fantastic service. Mark fixed the display issues I was having with my MacBook pro within a couple hours. He showed me exactly why the problem occured and he also freed up a bunch of space on my hard drive. 10/10 would recommend.

Mark is a great guy, his dog Cricket very friendly. Mark won't perform miracles, but he'll use his extensive expertise to help you. If he can't do it, nobody can. His prices are also quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend enough! When Best Buy told me my laptop was a write off and Jump+ wanted to charge me extortionate amounts of money, Mark came to the rescue and fixed it for a reasonable price with a very quick turnaround. Super friendly and kind, too. Thanks Mark! :)
