Beautiful hotel reminiscent of a golden era. Service absolutely top notch. You can tell the quality by the average tenure of staff. I was not surprised to hear many have 25+ years working there, but very surprised when 50!!!! Years of service isn't uncommon. This speaks highly to how the hotel treats their staff, and in return how staff treat guests. The rooms are, to the current average, on the small size. But this is a boutique hotel 100 years old, of course they are smaller!Also, the lounge, with David and Chantelle working, provides the most comfortable atmosphere and delicious drinks. I've never had a long island iced tea taste so good!

I want to commend the Hotel Saskatchewan staff for their excellence in customer care, special touches and dedication to providing a superior experience.I brought my sister to Hotel Sask on Feb. 10,2023 for her birthday celebration. From the check with the amazing Vishnu to the front of house greeters, to the housekeeping staff who checked in on us regularly to the lounge staff who made every moment spent in the lounge memorable - the experience was demonstrably excellent.Special efforts were evident to make my sister feel like her birthday (52) was a priority, which was especially kind and thoughtful.The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed, parking is easy and safe, but what really makes the Hotel Saskatchewan stand out is the absolute top-notch staff on every level.Well done.

The initial exchange was a little rough. The check-in gal was new and lacked English skills. We also expected to be able to use the lift to get our luggage up to the main floor. The lift didn't work. It seems a prior guest left it part way down. Call the desk if this happens to you and they will address it.After the rough start, everything was really great. The staff aim to please. Our room, the Sussex Suite was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable.Very happy with the stay and highly recommend it. For dinner, try the Copper Kettle, which is katty corner and looks out on the park.For breakfast, take that in the restaurant. Very good!

Good experience. The restaurants inside are really great and the vibes are modern touches, in keeping with the authentic history of the building. They accommodated me for an early checkin (at 10 am!) and had no issues with any requests. My shower didn’t work, which was the only issue I had. Recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Lovely hotel. A former railway hotel that has occasionally hosted royalty, this is grand but not grandiose. Original features are preserved. Old style customer service prevails. Housekeeping is excellent and coffee, tea and bottled water are all provided. Very convenient for city centre and all attractions. WiFi can be a bit erratic.

We look forward to staying here when in Regina. The ambiance is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and really friendly staff. The hotel bar is great, cafe is exceptional, & the spa is lovely! Walking distance to a lot of great spots (The Avenue restaurant, Cornwall Mall, local or franchise cafes, pubs, liquor, ect). Makes a great stay!

This was my first time staying at the Hotel Saskatchewan and I will absolutely stay here again. The location and room were great. And the service was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

The parking across the street wasn't available. The food was ok, a little dry. I had the chicken skewer in the lounge. The atmosphere is always great. There house tequila was great too. Hard to access the toilets they are locked. So if you are there for a function it becomes a bit problematic getting the key.

This is a beautiful hotel built 1927 I believe. The history and the architecture was impressive. The lounge had some of the best wings I’ve had in a long time.Thanks to the staff for the great service and hospitality. We stayed on the top floor in a deluxe suite. Overlooking the park and downtown at night. Great experience.
