I first dealt with this company in 2018 I believe when they replaced my furnace. I had picked them because their quote was the most fair, they were quick and friendly. My heat had stopped in -40 degree weather and they came that day even tho they were busy.Since then I have used them to replace a water heater and then recently install a tankless water heater in our new place this past year.I will continue to use and recommended this company as we have always received quick knowledgeable service with a smile

We've used Synoptic Heating and Cooling Inc a few years ago when installing a water heater and most recently to service a old air conditioner. The Synoptic team was easy to get ahold of - and appointments were easy to make. They were on time, extremely kind and so pleasant to work with. Ron and Galit are amazing to deal with. They are professional and respond to all inquiries. They go above and beyond. For example, one time they offered members at their gym furnace filters for free and then even delivered them for whoever needed one replaced. All out of the kindness of their heart. You won't be disappointed.
