Sales staff were wonderful. Sadly we won't be buying our new fleet vehicles at this dealer. The service dept isn't quite a friendly. May just have been a long day for them. Hopefully your experience is better

I was disappointed that the sales person did not follow up with me after connecting with her over the web site and by phone. Did not seem hungry to sell at all. Kept claiming there was plenty of interest in the truck I wanted. Needless to say that when you are dropping 70k, you expect a little pre-sales service. Oh well, I still purchased a Ford but went to Younge and Steeles Ford in Toronto. Trust me, they were hungry to sell me a truck and met my price expectations.

I purchased a used Truck from them and after the purchase I noticed there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the vehicle. After speaking with my salesperson Gary about the issue he had no problem having the truck shampooed in order to remove the smell. The service people at the front desk are excellent as well! Great experience from start to finish at this dealership.

I’ve twice recently had to take my 2016 Edge in for service. Both times Pam has been great to deal with! Whether she’s calling cabs to get me to and from work, or ensuring I had a loaner when parts didn’t come in, I’ve appreciated it. The service department is very friendly overall!

BENTON FRY FORD in Belleville Ontario is the worst dealership in Canada Linda Dave and Pam in service are the most ignorant people to deal withThe mechanics have no issues marking up peoples vehicles and service has no issues covering for them when customers watched and informed the owner or the vehicle they scratched it Be sure to take pictures of your car before they work on it
